Support Operations Manager

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in running efficient systems, supporting clinical excellence and playing a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes within the allied health sector.

Key responsibilities include providing guidance and assistance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing clinic data and emphasizing areas for improvement. Ensuring compliance obligations are being managed, client records are complete and up-to-date. Working closely with our client engagement team to cover CTL absences and support the clinic team.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering, excellent time management and organisational skills, sound computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems, such as Lumary, Skedulo or Salesforce. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ability to manage competing priorities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.

Current or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
