About the Role

Caulfield Grammar School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to lead the Caulfield Campus as Head of Campus. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional educational outcomes and driving the implementation of the School's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Caulfield Campus as Head of Campus, driving the implementation of the School's strategic vision and delivering exceptional educational outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver campus operational plans, ensuring alignment with the School's strategic objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of School initiatives to leverage operational improvement, focusing on teaching and learning excellence.
  • Manage and implement systems to monitor standards of safety, social conduct, uniform, punctuality, and attendance.
  • Pursue academic excellence, delivering outstanding outcomes and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning standards.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and enhance the School's learning program for students and employees.
  • Assist in developing the School's internal capability, including a high-performance culture and talent identification.
  • Provide effective and inspiring leadership, being actively involved throughout the School.
  • Deliver the School's vision, strategy, and values with a sense of shared purpose and direction.
  • Ensure compliance with the School's Child Safety Code of Conduct and all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience leading and implementing teaching and learning outcomes in a school with an outstanding reputation.
  • Previous senior leadership experience in a large secondary educational school, with experience in complex, multiple-campus schools ideal.
  • Experience in the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) is desirable.
  • Experience in leading pedagogical and curriculum change, operationalising strategic decisions, enhancing culture, and enabling quality learning.
  • Experience designing, leading, and executing large-scale, system-thinking projects/initiatives across complex and/or multi-campus schools.
  • Proven exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold current VIT Registration.
