Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Palliative Care Specialist to provide high-quality patient care as a locum/casual staff member. This role involves delivering exceptional patient outcomes in accordance with the care model of the ward/unit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care, adhering to established care standards and protocols.
  • Accurately document patient information, including treatment plans, requirements, outcomes, and events.
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of discharge plans that cater to patients' needs and those of their significant others.

About You:

  • You hold a medical qualification in Palliative Medicine (FRACP and/or FAChPM).
  • You have current Australian medical registration.
  • You possess relevant clinical experience and clinical competence for the position.
