About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations professional to join our team at CreditorWatch. As the Head of Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and efficiency across our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales processes and strategies to optimize sales performance and customer engagement.
  • Design and administer sales compensation plans, including commissions, bonuses, and incentives, to motivate the sales team.
  • Identify training needs and work with sales enablement teams to ensure the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to align sales operations with other departments.
  • Provide support to the sales team by removing operational obstacles and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other sales tools.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the sales process and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Meet KPIs specifically related to completing administration tasks within an agreed time frame.
  • Identify, develop and implement new or enhanced sales policies, procedures, and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience working within a Software as a Service (SaaS) or related Tech environment with a focus on sales contract management and effectiveness.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and efficiency through process improvement and technology implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
