Head of Sales Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales Operations to join our team at Xero. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our businesses in the ANZ markets while maintaining close connectivity with our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing sales operations team to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and deliver results.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our GTM strategies, focusing on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers.
- Identify and develop logical solutions to address problems and improve sales efficiency.
- Focus on outcomes and the steps it takes to achieve them.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion.
- Experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related field.
