Head of Sales Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales Operations to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales and customer processes, tools, and strategies to ensure the sales team and wider business operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, refine, and document sales processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the sales team and operations.
- Design and administer sales compensation plans, including commissions, bonuses, and incentives, to motivate the sales team.
- Identify training needs and work with sales enablement teams to ensure the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to align sales operations with other departments.
- Provide support to the sales team by removing operational obstacles and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other sales tools.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the sales process and improve data accuracy and accessibility.
- Meet KPIs specifically related to completing administration tasks within an agreed time frame.
- Identify, develop, and implement new or enhanced sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience working within a Software as a Service (SaaS) or related Tech environment with a focus on sales contract management and effectiveness. You will also have a strategic approach, being able to translate customer and internal requirements into business system and process outputs. Additionally, you will be innovative, autonomous, and have proven thought leadership, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
