Job Title: Global Account Manager

A strategic role is available for an accomplished professional to oversee global accounts, driving business growth and client satisfaction.

This position demands a consultative approach, C-level communication skills, a deep understanding of client operations, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and expertise in navigating complex sales processes.

Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement tailored account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions for clients.
Account Management
  • Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, areas for improvement, and future collaboration plans.
  • Develop and present Account Plan Reviews (APR).
Consultative Selling
  • Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, providing expert advice and proposing effective solutions.
  • Presentation Lenovo's product and service offerings in a compelling manner, demonstrating value and ROI.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders within assigned global accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Forecasting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market conditions to senior management.
