A strategic role is available for an accomplished professional to oversee global accounts, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
This position demands a consultative approach, C-level communication skills, a deep understanding of client operations, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and expertise in navigating complex sales processes.
Sales Strategy and Execution- Develop and implement tailored account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions for clients.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, areas for improvement, and future collaboration plans.
- Develop and present Account Plan Reviews (APR).
- Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, providing expert advice and proposing effective solutions.
- Presentation Lenovo's product and service offerings in a compelling manner, demonstrating value and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders within assigned global accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status, sales activities, and market conditions to senior management.
