Job Title: Client Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and client-focused individuals to join our team as Client Support Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online portals, to help them meet their taxation and superannuation obligations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be engaged in meaningful conversations to support and facilitate clients' payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients through various channels to help them meet their taxation and superannuation obligations;
  • Understand individual client circumstances and provide tailored advice aligned with current legislation, policy, and procedures;
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to support and facilitate clients' payment, lodgment, and registration outcomes;
  • Navigate challenging interactions with empathy and professionalism, including support for vulnerable clients and those experiencing hardship or crisis;
  • Maintain the integrity of ATO records by accurately recording client information and applying relevant policy and procedures;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements;
