Leadership Role - Team Leader Position

This leadership role is for a Team Leader to lead our journey to retail success at an outdoor store.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a leadership position within a large-format retail environment, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 20 members.

Key responsibilities include supporting and leading the team, driving sales, merchandising, and providing outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand sales trends and manage high stock volume.

A passion for the outdoors is highly desirable, as is being First Aid certified or willing to be trained at our expense.

Full-Time availability across late nights and weekends is required, along with full working rights within Australia.
