The North Face is seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our Chadstone team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising while fostering a premium consumer experience.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on our business. You will be responsible for:
- Sales Performance and Targets: Drive sales growth and meet targets through effective merchandise management and visual merchandising strategies
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stockholding and minimize waste
- People Management: Lead a high-performing team by providing coaching, development opportunities and maintaining a positive work environment
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Retail Certificate (an advantage but not essential)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with strong leadership skills
- Able to lead a dynamic team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
