Logistics Expertise Hiring Manager

Our organization is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Compliance Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the supply chain logistics industry.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong decision-making abilities. They should also have a deep understanding of 3PL, company-based supply chain, warehousing, and logistics.
We are looking for someone with experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong ability to approach new clients and manage ongoing relationships.
Additionally, they should have proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and be able to evaluate resumes and applications effectively. The ability to work cross-functionally with HR consulting professionals is essential.
