Strategic HR Partner

This is an exciting role for a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team at Brisbane Airport Corporation.

The position will focus on delivering human resource management, employee engagement, and industrial relations activities for one or more business units.

You will work closely with leaders to provide strategic and operational advice and coaching on people-related matters and implement HR initiatives aligned to business goals.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is capable of building and maintaining solid relationships with internal stakeholders.

A tertiary qualification and previous experience in undertaking workplace investigations, remuneration methodologies, and Enterprise Agreements would be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver human resource management, employee engagement, and industrial relations activities for one or more business units.
  • Provide strategic and operational advice and coaching on people-related matters.
  • Implement HR initiatives aligned to business goals.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with several years of relevant experience in a medium-sized company, a sound understanding of legislation and standards applicable to employment conditions, and a tertiary qualification.

Previous experience in undertaking workplace investigations, remuneration methodologies, and Enterprise Agreements would be highly regarded.
