Senior Workshop Operations Manager

About the Role
In this pivotal position as Senior Workshop Operations Manager, you will lead and direct our workshop team in a fast-paced environment. Your clear and consistent communication skills will guide your team through efficient task allocation, ensuring work is completed each day. As an overview, your key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Identify and oversee repairs of technical issues, providing support to technicians to build their knowledge base.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed within Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Inchcape Automotive Retail standards.
- Road Testing: Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety checks are completed.
- Repair Order Management: Complete quality and timely work as per Repair Order instructions, identifying additional work where required (EVHC) and liaising with Service Advisors to provide feedback to customers.

Proven leadership capability leading teams
Ability to work in a busy service centre
Good eye for detail and understanding of workshop operations
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Excellent organisational skills
Current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate
Valid driver's licence
