Inchcape Automotive Retail is a leading Australian automotive group, representing nine brands including Subaru, Peugeot, and Citroën.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to lead our workshop team at Parramatta.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of workshop operations and a proven ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the workshop team to ensure efficient and effective vehicle repairs.
  • Identify and address technical issues, providing support to technicians to improve their knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure all work is completed within manufacturer repair times and Inchcape Automotive Retail standards.
  • Road test vehicles to ensure quality and safety checks are completed.
  • Collaborate with the service advisor team to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Proven leadership experience and a strong understanding of workshop operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced service centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate and a valid driver's license.
