Community Employment Leadership Role

This leadership role plays a pivotal part in creating a positive impact within the community through effective employment services.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the employment services team, ensuring guidance and support are provided to achieve organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing caseloads in collaboration with an Intake Office Coordinator to ensure assessments are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance service delivery, focusing on organisational growth and development.
  • Oversight of employment programs to guarantee they are client-focused, efficient, and effective.

A strong leader with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills is required. The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in job matching, recruiting, and working with people with disabilities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills, along with a self-directed and results-oriented approach.
