Senior Family Support Specialist

As an Intensive Case Management Caseworker, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide intensive support and guidance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and circumstances
- Developing and implementing case plans that address specific goals and outcomes
- Providing regular support and guidance to clients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A strong understanding of child safety principles and procedures is essential for success in this role.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have a high degree of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
They will also be able to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
