About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Data Strategist to lead our business intelligence initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, forecasting, and reporting for all business units within HelloFresh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, data analysis, and leadership. They will work closely with senior finance leaders and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior finance leaders to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Lead the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasting, and reporting tools
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve business insights and drive growth
  • Take ownership of improving and scaling existing and new forecasting and financial simulation tools
  • Consult on data structures and value of new data assets for long-term automation and scalability
  • Continuously develop the budgeting tool landscape and process for all ANZ business units
  • Support the wider finance team in insight and process automation where high-impact benefits are identified

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or a relevant analytical field
  • Experience working with large data sets, complex models, and leading direct reports
  • Proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining various financial and non-financial data sets/models
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
