In this role, you will manage critical programs that support Amazon's business objectives, leveraging your expertise in project management, analytics, and process optimization.You will own end-to-end program execution, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and drive operational improvements that scale.
The ideal candidate excels at stakeholder management, demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, and has a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.Key job responsibilitiesDesign and implement strategic programs to enhance partner success and satisfaction Develop data-driven insights to guide program strategy and measure impact Foster collaboration across multiple business units to achieve shared objectives Lead end-to-end program execution from conception to implementation Create and maintain comprehensive tracking mechanisms for program effectiveness A day in the lifeYou'll start your day connecting with cross-functional teams to align on program priorities.
You might analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, facilitate stakeholder meetings to share insights, and collaborate on innovative solutions.

We support each other's growth while working towards shared goals that drive meaningful change for our partners.Basic Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) at an advanced level and SQL Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3+ years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Acknowledgement Of CountryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
