The ideal candidate will have extensive project and program management experience in the gas or energy sector and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
You will be responsible for risk assessment, stakeholder communication, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Key Dut ies: Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of programs, ensuring successful planning, execution, delivery, and evaluation within set timelines and budgets.
Build and lead cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and alignment across internal departments and external stakeholders.
Monitor program performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate potential risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships to facilitate program success.
Facilitate change management efforts, encouraging innovative problem-solving to address operational challenges.
Oversee budget and resource allocation, ensuring effective and efficient use of company resources.
Review program performance and implement process improvement plans where necessary.
Qualific ations & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
Extensive experience within the gas or energy sector, with a minimum of 5+ years in a program management or similar leadership role.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the gas or broader energy industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively across multiple projects.
What We Offer: Excellent remuneration package of $180,000 - $185,000.
