Human Resources Professional

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Business Partner.
This is an integral role responsible for partnering with specific directorates in the organisation, providing strategic and operational services to support employment and workforce needs.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as an internal consultant and partner, providing day-to-day HR advice, coaching and leadership on complex business and people matters. They will have a strong focus on maintaining an exceptional employee experience and commitment to core values of respect, courage and innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with managers and directors to build their capability and provide timely P&C advice and training across the employee lifecycle
- Interpreting Employment Agreement provisions and responding to manager and employee enquiries
- Maintaining a positive workplace culture and staff experience through coaching, mental health first aid and family violence workplace support
