
Administrative Team Member

This is a key role within the centre that supports our Centre Director to build and maintain strong relationships with families, deliver high standards of customer service, and perform various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the centre, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Centre Director in prioritising and building the centre's attendance pipeline.
- Deliver high standards of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform key business administration tasks, such as managing files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
