Design Drafter Opportunity

This is a career-enhancing role for skilled design professionals looking to take their drafting skills to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality construction drawings using ArchiCAD and working closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

Key responsibilities include creating detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, revising drawings based on feedback, coordinating with other disciplines, and assisting in design development and documentation phases.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in low-rise residential, townhouse, or project home drafting
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD with strong documentation skills
  • Solid understanding of Australian Standards and building codes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality, compliant documentation
