We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a key role in our business' future growth and development, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Preparing regulatory documentation
  • Managing the requirements of being a listed entity
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years PAE experience, preferably in-house
  • Proven experience reviewing and negotiating corporate transactions and commercial contracts
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for ASX-listed entities
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
