Corporate Lawyer - Mergers & Acquisitions Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team and contribute to elite legal services in mergers and acquisitions.

  • A dynamic environment with diverse industry sectors, including agrichemicals, pharmaceuticals, industrial, childcare, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and professional services.
  • Mergers, acquisitions, share sales, and business sales; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents.
  • Capital raising, shareholders, governance documents, share-buy backs, and other capital reductions.
Your Key Responsibilities

Lead corporate transactions, advising clients on corporate structuring, directors' duties, and compliance with the Corporations Act.

Manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to mentoring and team development.

Requirements for Success
  • At least 3 years of post-admission experience in Corporate and M&A law.
  • A high degree of autonomy over transactions, real career progression opportunities in a growing firm.
