We are seeking highly skilled Sushi Creators to join our team in Sydney. As a Sushi Maker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality sushi products that meet our standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and preparing innovative sushi products
  • Executing food preparations with precision
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of quality and customer service
  • Ensuring only safe and high-quality products are served to our customers

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience as a Sushi Chef
  • Demonstrable knowledge of all kitchen operations
  • FSA qualifications advantageous
  • Hospitality certification beneficial but not essential
