The Job

This role offers exposure to a wide variety of matters, including:

  • Technology - outsourcing, major projects, cloud, as-a-service and agile
  • Complex contracting - working on bespoke contracts and commercial arrangements
  • Media, privacy & big data - acquisition, distribution and licensing of digital content, data protection, cross-border privacy compliance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong interest and ability to work on high-profile, technically complex transactions. Ambitious, capable and motivated to make a meaningful impact and gain recognition for your contributions.

Additional requirements include:

  • 2-4 years' post-admission experience
  • Strong commercial and IT/technology experience
  • Superior analytical, communications and drafting skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively with clients
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
