Health Safety and Environment Expert

- Report on site safety matters to the HSEQ Manager;
- Implement company HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures;
- Provide operational support across the business;
- Integrate and communicate with various stakeholders;
- Conduct internal and external audits;
- Perform site-based inspections;
- Assist in preparing monthly safety performance reports;
- Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions;
- Certificate IV in OHS (Diploma in OHS preferred);
- Level 2 First Aid;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a construction environment;
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes, and standards;
- Exceptional time and resource management skills;
- The drive, energy, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in computer basics and Microsoft Office;
- SHE software experience desirable;
- Proven SH&E experience in construction;
- Construction Industry Card;
- Degree Qualified/Cert IV WH&S;
- First Aid Certificate;
- Current Driver's Licence;
- Other health and safety training highly regarded;
