Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environment, Health and Safety Professional to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will work with clients across Oceania to diagnose health, safety and wellbeing challenges, design and implement solutions based on best practice and risk-based approaches.

This is a hybrid position that offers flexibility with reduced hours. We encourage candidates to discuss potential options with us.

  • Manage engagements involving physical and psychosocial risk management, strategy, audit and analytical frameworks, culture change and leadership to help clients achieve success in complex environments.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment underpinned by coaching and development, applying technical expertise of health, safety and wellbeing to direct project teams on delivery of EHS services.
  • Develop strong relationships with key business decision-makers, both internally and externally.
  • Identify and communicate trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry and marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum five years of technical EHS experience in process safety, safety in design, dangerous goods, risk management, or health and safety management systems, with a strong grounding in risk management fundamentals, WHS legislation, and management systems.
  • Proven project management experience in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines, alongside strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
  • Experience in coaching talent and developing internal and external relationships, including client management, with ability to travel as required.
