Job Overview

This key role requires an accomplished Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional with extensive expertise in safety management systems to provide strategic and technical WHS guidance.

As a senior-level HSE consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain robust safety practices.

  • 5-10 years' experience as a WHS consultant or similar industry experience is essential.
  • A Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety or higher is required.
  • Strong understanding and capability in hazard identification, risk assessment and controls are necessary.
  • Auditing qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Incident/non-conformance investigation experience is expected.

Key responsibilities include undertaking various WHS-related investigations, assessments, audits, data analysis, reporting and end-to-end project management.

Requirements
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to travel interstate or to a site at short notice.
