As a key player in driving business growth, this role is responsible for securing renewal revenue and ensuring customer retention through the development of enduring relationships with elite customers. By understanding the unique business challenges of each customer, the Specialist will nurture these relationships and act as a sales enabler to drive retention and customer loyalty.

This involves collaborating with various departments to generate action plans where required, identifying opportunities to expand and grow customer accounts by meeting their evolving needs, educating them on additional products in the portfolio, and generating reports and forecasts for sales management on a regular basis.
