Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing and maintaining our Snowflake data warehouse, ensuring it continues to meet our growing data needs efficiently.
  • Refining and expanding our ETL/ELT pipelines built with dbt and AWS lambda functions, focusing on improving performance, reliability, and extensibility.
  • Collaborating with investment partners and managers to evolve our data-driven tools, continuously improving our ability to surface promising investment opportunities.

We're looking for a talented individual with proficient programming skills, particularly in Python, and advanced SQL knowledge (or a demonstrated ability to pick up new programming languages quickly). If you have experience with Snowflake, dbt, and AWS Lambda, that's a plus Our ideal candidate is passionate about solving problems in elegant and efficient ways, thriving in fast-paced environments, and curious about 'why' things work the way they do.

A competitive salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a flexible, supportive, and family-friendly work environment, along with a range of benefits including 5 weeks of leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, and an annual budget for training and self-development.
