Coordinating the Next Big Production

Our team is looking for an ambitious individual who wants to take on a challenging role as a VFX Coordinator.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational requirements of the daily workflow, working closely with our Head of Features & Television, Producers, and Artists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with quoting, scheduling, and setting up projects in Odoo and Shotgrid
  • Scheduling internal and external resources
  • Assisting Producers with crew and resource contracting, scheduling, and timesheets
  • Project management from confirmation to delivery
  • Organising dailies, rounds, and project meetings
  • Ensuring teams are clear on daily delivery objectives and time logs reflect usage
  • Ensuring effective communication and continual team updates
  • Monitoring and controlling progress, issues, and preparing reports

Requirements:

We require a minimum of 2-4 years experience within the VFX or feature film industry.

Excellent scheduling and task management skills are essential, as well as an understanding of visual effects processes and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project management experience and be able to problem solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.

They will also be able to liaise and collaborate with clients, artists, and producers, and operate autonomously as well as part of a team.
