Job Title: VFX Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative VFX Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the production team by managing schedules, tracking project progress, and facilitating clear communication across the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day project management, including scheduling, task assignment, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain and update project databases, shot tracking systems, and other production management tools.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, taking detailed notes and distributing action items to the team.
  • Facilitate communication between artists, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, schedules, and shot lists.
  • Track and manage project assets, ensuring they are correctly organised and accessible.
  • Help prepare and present project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a production coordinator or similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in film, television, or animation.
  • Strong understanding of the VFX production pipeline and terminology.
  • Proficiency with production management software such as ShotGrid.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
