At the forefront of change, we seek an accomplished Transformation Director to spearhead the development of our security infrastructure.

This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension. The role is based in Melbourne with a hybrid work model requiring at least two days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday).

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and adoption of six critical security initiatives. While direct cyber security experience is highly desirable, a major challenge and opportunity of this role is navigating technical environments and comfortably analyzing complex details.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments, identifying and mitigating risks across people, processes, technology, and operations.
  • Design, develop, and implement change deliverables that enable impacted teams to successfully transition to a new way of working.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring buy-in and removing barriers to adoption.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Change Management and Communications plans.
  • Create diverse content for internal communication channels and provide expert advice on change management strategies.
  • Manage a feedback mechanism to ensure change is sustainable and effectively embedded across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of change delivery experience on large, complex technology programs.
  • Proven ability to relate well to others and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, from specialists to senior leaders.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and resilient approach, with a strong ability to work in ambiguous and matrix-style organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience executing change in people-focused, values-based environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think critically and analytically.
