Director of Business Transformation

We are seeking a Senior Transformation Director to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts and overseeing the successful delivery of PMO and business transformation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Lead the sales efforts for PMO and transformation services by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and converting leads into sales.
- Project Management: Strong track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale transformation and PMO projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within client organisations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and adapt to different working environments.
- A demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks to identify and secure new work opportunities.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to engage and manage senior executives and key stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of PMO and transformation frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
