Lead a Successful Insurance Brokerage


This is a senior-level position where you will oversee the full scope of insurance services for our clients by protecting their interests, ensuring compliance, optimising costs, and delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the brokerage operations to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the franchise network
  • Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Coordinate renewals, claims, quotations, and financial reconciliation to ensure smooth business operations
  • Monitor lapsed insurance policies and take proactive measures to address potential issues
  • Drive business growth and identify new opportunities to increase profitability

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or Diploma in Insurance Broking
  • Proven leadership experience in a brokerage or insurance setting (min 5 years)
  • Strong sales/account management skills
  • Sound understanding of compliance and industry regulations
  • Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset for growth
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market trends
