Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare quotes, proposals, and policy documentation.
  • Partner with clients to enhance their experience through tailored solutions and expert advice.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding processes for new clients, leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Provide high-quality support throughout the sales, client onboarding process, and policy lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product offerings, and legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tier 1 accreditation and basic technical understanding of insurance products.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM software.
