About the Role
This Sales and Partnerships Executive role is an exciting opportunity to join Rsgroup's team of talented professionals. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within assigned territories and developing effective relationships with key customers.
Job Description
- Developing Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key customers to explore new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
- Identifying Customer Needs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and integrate value-added services into business operations.
- Analyzing Customer Data: Monitor and analyse customer data to drive compliance to preferential terms/service level contracts and ensure profitability.
- Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction: Liaise effectively across functions to ensure high customer satisfaction and raise Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Requirements:
- Account Management Experience: Over 3 years' experience in Account Management or Strategic Business Development and proven track record in industrial field sales, preferably in Industry / MRO / Electronics.
- Effective Communication Skills: Ability to exceed KPIs and deadlines, work under pressure, and take accountability and initiative.
- Negotiation and Influence: Effective negotiator and influencer with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for forming and maintaining positive relationships at all levels.
