Enterprise Architect Role

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping technology architecture strategy and driving its successful implementation across networks. This position requires expertise to ensure alignment with corporate and digital strategies, fostering value-driven decision-making.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to large-scale enterprise-wide transformation programs, leveraging skills in conceptual business analysis, problem-solving, and fact-based assessments.

  • Design and deliver technology architecture strategies that comply with enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement EA plans, roadmaps, and technology blueprints that drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, assess compliance with standards, and guide architectural methodologies and frameworks.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables, including architecture design documents, reference models, and various types of catalogues, diagrams, and matrixes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading the technology architecture strategy design and delivery across network systems infrastructure.
  2. Ensuring the use of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks to derive and deliver value to the business.
  3. Working closely with key stakeholders, senior leaders, digital, and project teams to ensure alignment of the corporate and digital strategies with the architecture vision.
  4. Leading capability and capacity planning to ensure technology strategy delivers short and long-term value.
  5. Conducting objective, fact-based assessments that lead to architecture decisions and recommendations based on best practice.
  6. Working with business and technology stakeholders to guide and develop technology strategies based on new, emerging, and existing technologies and standards.
  7. Developing implementation plans through identifying gaps between current and desired future states.
  8. Significant experience in leading architecture function of large enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  9. Proven conceptual, business analysis, and problem-solving skills, including ability to gather and interpret fact-base of business, technical, and financial information to inform planning, options, and meaningful business insights.
  10. Certification on architecture frameworks; TOGAF 9+.
  11. Working knowledge of data structures, design, architectural, and integration patterns, algorithms, and engineering best practices.
  12. Proven experience developing EA plans and roadmaps, and technology blueprints.
  13. Conducting architecture reviews and assessing compliance with architecture and organizational standards.
  14. Practical application of architectural methodologies and frameworks, including in Salesforce.
  15. Expert in producing high-quality deliverables, including architecture design documents, architecture reference models, standards, patterns, and various types of catalogues, diagrams, and matrixes.
  16. Demonstrable experience in successfully leading significant business-focused change initiatives.
  17. Experience managing to set priorities with an emphasis on affordability and value of service.
  18. Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture and commitment to continuously develop this knowledge through self-learning activities.
  19. Vendor management and assessing vendor offerings against defined business outcomes and requirements.
