Job Title:

A dynamic workforce management leader is required to oversee the optimization of workforce performance and productivity. This role involves managing various tasks, including staffing, performance monitoring, resource allocation, compliance tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting labor needs and assisting with scheduling
  • Tracking employee time and generating reports on productivity and efficiency
  • Rearranging employees and assets in real-time to address issues like absenteeism or equipment breakdowns

Requirements:
