Claims and Restoration Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end management of insurance claims and restoration projects, ensuring each claim is managed efficiently and professionally from first attendance to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating insurance restoration claims
  • Liaising with insurance companies, loss adjusters, assessors, and policyholders
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal restoration and make safe teams across multiple regions
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, scopes of work, and insurer SLAs
  • Accurately updating and maintaining job files using job management systems
  • Reviewing site assessments, inspection reports, scopes, and variations
  • Managing job progress, budgets, materials, and subcontractors where required
  • Proactively resolving client concerns and maintaining high-quality customer service
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in restoration, insurance building, or claims management (3+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of water/flood/fire/mould restoration workflows
  • Understanding of insurance claim processes and reporting requirements
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple jobs across different locations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Proficiency with job management software
