Excellent Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team in Adelaide.
The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge or experience in a high-volume call centre environment, although this is not essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Informing customers of new product ranges and services where applicable
- Understanding customer sales history and proactively identifying requirements
- Ensuring customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Taking ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
To be successful, you will need:
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft or Cloud-based CRM programs preferred but not essential
- A forward-thinking approach and the ability to think outside the box
