**Job Opportunity:** Customer Service Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive training program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors to the office, electronic processing of employer returns and worker long service leave claims, updating employee and employer records in the database, and maintaining registers in relation to Customer Service activities.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent customer service skills, rapport building skills and warm phone manner. You will also need to have the ability to work effectively in a small team environment, experience and skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, and the ability to act on initiative, solve problems and provide solutions where appropriate.
