Customer Service Representative

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, are highly professional, and want to make a positive impact in the community.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and directing them in an orderly fashion through the facility
- Assisting in unloading vehicles to ensure staff and customer safety
- Counting redeemable materials and accurately calculating customer refunds
- Directing customers to the processing area and assisting with their sorting and weighing
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good numeracy skills, including the ability to count in multiples
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Forklift Operators Certification (desirable but not required)
