This role is critical in local system and global projects, providing key HR systems support to a dynamic team. You'll work closely with senior professionals to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional client service.

The team is responsible for processing all HR/Talent services and initiatives, and we're looking for someone who can contribute to this engine room. Your tasks will include understanding priorities, supporting local integrations, preserving data quality, and working with stakeholders to meet evolving business requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the Talent team and priorities, including how the Core HR Team supports the organization.
  • Supporting local integrations to global systems and managing local technology systems/tools.
  • Preserving local data quality and ensuring compliance with global policies and local legal requirements.
  • Working with the Oceania Talent team to understand evolving business requirements.
  • Contributing to the drafting of change requests and business cases.
  • Supporting systems access requests, issues, and data change activities.
  • Analysing and validating local data outputs to ensure accuracy.
  • Providing local support for changes to global systems and participating in routine activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR Shared Services role with exposure to HR Systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of HRIS or like systems (i.e. SuccessFactors).
  • A certificate or degree in Human Resources or other relevant discipline (desirable).
