Job Opportunity: Senior HR Systems Professional
\Work in a hybrid environment with two days working from home, shaping the future of our community.
\About the Role
\This senior-level position is responsible for leading a team of three HR professionals to manage operational effectiveness of HR systems. Key responsibilities include:
\- \
- Providing strategic support and advice within HR services.\
- Developing and implementing innovative policies and practices for continuous improvement.\
- Management responsibility, including allocating resources, setting and reviewing longer-term performance criteria and objectives.\
- Interacting with senior colleagues across the organization and with internal and external stakeholders.\
- Identifying trends, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks that may impact the organization to enable appropriate and timely action.\

Required Skills and Qualifications
\This role requires strong management skills supporting operational system functions in HR/Payroll or finance. Essential skills include:

- Use and understanding of Core HR systems, including SAP, Successfactors, Workforce software, PageUp and People Pulse.\
- Ability to identify new developments in technology to benefit HR systems.\
- Understanding of project methodologies and reporting tools such as Power BI and Crystal Reports.\
