About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Resource Officer to join our team at Vero Insurance. As a key member of our Enterprise Delivery practice, you will be responsible for the administration of all regular and recurring resource processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and offboarding of resources, including security requests, building access, and workstation arrangements.
  • Leading a weekly resource meeting with the team and ensuring completion of action items.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including job requisitions, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Contract, timesheet, and chargeback administration.
  • Maintaining accurate People Metrics data and project charts.
  • Ensuring up-to-date resource master data and directory listings.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administration support or HR experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with recruitment coordination, resume evaluation, and candidate screening.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills, with the ability to show initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills, with strong Excel skills.
