We are seeking an experienced Senior Resource Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane.



About the Role


This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that will see you working closely with our project teams to manage resource allocations and scheduling across approximately 30 projects.



Your Key Responsibilities



  • Schedule and allocate resources in accordance with project requests and requirements;
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure daily work resourcing and requirements are met;
  • Liaise with the workforce to ensure understanding of daily work requirements;
  • Capture, record and cost-allocate all labour, internal plant, equipment, materials and other purchases;
  • Complete compliance documentation.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience in scheduling, allocations or logistics;
  • Administration experience in a building or construction environment;
  • Familiarity with Jobpac system or other scheduling platform experience;
  • Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships remotely through active communication and interpersonal skills.
