Job Summary:

Vero Insurance is seeking an experienced Strategic Resource Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of regular and recurring resource processes in the Enterprise Delivery practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees, including security requests, building access, and equipment setup
  • Leading weekly resource meetings with the team and ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including raising job requisitions and scheduling interviews
  • Contract, timesheet, and chargeback administration
  • Maintaining project and organizational charts, as well as resource master data
  • Ensuring employee directories and portals are up-to-date
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administration support/HR experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience with recruitment coordination and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills, with strong Excel skills

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
