Corporate Transactions Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Transactions Lawyer to join our team. Our Corporate Transactions team handles high-profile matters across Australia, including public and private M&A, equity capital markets, IPOs, and ASX listing rule advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and IPOs.
  • Providing strategic advice on corporate governance and restructuring.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex transactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate transactions, ideally gained at a leading firm (2+ years PQE).
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills.
  • A commercial mindset and ability to provide strategic advice.
  • Strong team orientation with the drive to mentor and support junior colleagues.
